How do I change my personal details or phone number?

If you have not yet made any transactions on your profile, you can easily change your personal data yourself in your Customer Area under the tab “Personal data”. If there have already been transactions on the profile, please contact our Customer Service team to change your data.

You can also change your telephone number yourself under “Personal data”. The change of your telephone number must be confirmed by means of an SMS code, which is sent to the telephone number previously entered in your profile. If you no longer have access to your existing telephone number and cannot confirm the change via SMS code, please contact our Customer Service for further information.
