How do I deposit funds into the Wallet?

Log in to Walutomat to your profile and go to the Top-up tab. Once you have determined the details of your deposit (currency and amount) and selected the payment method “I will make the transfer myself”, you will receive our transfer details. Then log in to your bank and order the transfer. Once the transfer has been booked, the funds will be visible in your Wallet (Wallet Status).

To ensure that the posting of your deposit goes quickly and without problems:

  •     make sure that the bank transfer details match the details you provided when registering with Walutomat,
  •     pay attention to whether you are depositing funds into the correct currency account number – we have several accounts, each for a different currency,
  •     do not change the title of the transfer – if you do, the posting of the deposit in your wallet may be significantly delayed.

The traditional bank transfer described above is available for all currencies offered by Walutomat.

Customers with PLN accounts in banks: Alior Bank, ING, Millennium, Pekao SA, Bank Pocztowy, BNP Paribas, BPH, BPS, Citi, Getin, BRE Group, Idea, Noble, PKO BP, PLUS, Co-operative Banks, Santander can use the pay-by-link method, also known as fast transfer, to deposit PLN via Przelewy24.

For transfers in PLN, you can also use BLIK, QR codes and the P24NOW revolving limit.

Currencies: PLN, EUR, GBP and USD – can be deposited by payment card. Payment by card is only available to verified users who have made at least one payment from a bank account or by quick and convenient transfer (pay-by-link). Google Pay is also available for these currencies.
