How does a BLIK deposit work?

BLIK is a payment method available on the mobile applications of individual banks. The app generates an individual code that can only be used once.

On the bank’s mobile application, a 6-digit code will be displayed when the BLIK button is selected. Each code is unique and one-off, generated by the Polish Payments Standard system at the bank’s request. Once the code has been entered during the exchange, the transaction must be confirmed in the bank’s mobile application where the code was generated. Deposits will only be possible in PLN and will not be available for the first deposit.
