How is the exchange done by wire transfer and how do I order it?

Exchanging by wire transfer is a convenience for those who frequently perform similar transactions and do not want to log into the website regularly. With this option, you will bypass manual placement of an exchange order once the funds have been credited and withdrawn from your wallet. You will transfer the money directly to your Walutomat account, and once the exchange has taken place, you will receive a transfer to the bank account you have set up. The exchange will be executed immediately, if you choose the best rate currently available in the Walutomat, or at the rate you indicated at a time dependent on counter offers. After the exchange the withdrawal will be automatic if there is a trusted account indicated. Otherwise, an SMS or mobile app verification will be required in the mobile application.

Do you want to order an exchange by bank transfer? In your Walutomat account, select Currency exchange > Exchange by transfer (available under  the “Exchange currency” tab). Once you have defined the details of the order, you will receive the transfer details from your bank. How much to deposit? You can deposit any amount. We will exchange your entire deposit. To buy the amount you want, we will display a suggested transfer amount in the panel.

Do not change the title of the transfer – it will ensure that we recognise your payment. You can also use it in subsequent exchanges by bank transfer.
