What commissions do banks charge?

When making a deposit, you bear the cost of making the transfer to Walutomat as the payer of the transfer. Walutomat accepts transfers free of charge.

In the case of withdrawals from the Walutomat, there may also be a fee for making the transfer through our website. In such a situation, we deduct the cost of the transfer from the amount sent. On the  Banks page, after selecting the bank of your choice with the mouse, you will find information on how much the transfer costs depending on the currency and the bank to which the money is being transferred.

Withdrawals of major currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, CHf) from Walutomat to the banks which we cooperate with: PKO BP, Santander Bank Polska, Pekao SA, Bank Millennium, ING Bank Śląski, Credit Agricole, mBank corporate and retail branches, BNP Paribas and Alior Bank are usually made at no extra charge.

Withdrawals in PLN to all Polish banks are free of charge.

Exotic currency withdrawals are free of charge to BNP Paribas bank. A withdrawal fee will apply to other Polish or foreign banks: PLN 20 or PLN 80, depending on the type of transfer.

If you have an account with a bank where Walutomat does not have an account, check the current fees for sending and accepting a transfer in your bank’s price list. Some banks charge fees for accepting currency transfers. The bank to which we direct currency deposits (Alior Bank) does not charge such a fee.

Transfers abroad and interbank foreign currency transfers sent in the SHA mode, may be additionally charged by intermediary banks. Walutomat.pl is not responsible for fees charged by external payment institutions and intermediary banks.

Do not make an instant transfer. Such transfers are handled by a payment intermediary who does not provide the Walutomat with the personal data necessary to verify the payment. Such transfers are returned to the sender.
