What deposits are not accepted?

Walutomat does not accept:

• cash deposits made at a bank branch or post office,
• instant transfers offered by banks and other payments made through online payment intermediaries, e.g. PayU, BlueCash, dotPay, etc., While one of the payment methods available on Walutomat for PLN deposits is to make a so-called fast transfer (pay-by-link) through Przelewy24. Details are available here.
• payments from third parties (other than the owner of the account in Walutomat); the personal data from the transfer must match those entered during registration in Walutomat. In this situation, we contact the User by e-mail in which our employee proposes that a new User account be created by a third party. If the data from the transfer partially match, we contact the User by e-mail and propose to correct the data according to the data from the transfer.
