What is the exchange at the currently best rate and how do I order it?
When ordering a transaction, select “Currently best rate”. The website will automatically select the most favourable rate for you from the time the payment is booked in Walutomat. Remember that with us, users exchange currencies among themselves. Therefore, the amount available at the best rate may be lower than the amount you need. We will then process the rest of your order according to the next offers (at the next “best exchange rates”). All current offers to buy and sell currencies from our users are available on our website under the Exchange rates tab. Once the exchange is completed, the funds, depending on the option you have chosen, will be credited to your Wallet in the Walutomat or sent to your bank account..
When exchanging larger amounts, we recommend exchanging them at the exchange rate set by you.
For the sake of a good rate, exchange at the current best rate is not available for EUR/CHF, EUR/USD, EUR/GBP, USD/CHF, GBP/CHF and GBP/USD. On these currency pairs, other users place too few bids, so an order at the current best rate could be disadvantageous for you. Therefore, in this situation you must set the rate yourself. Exchange at the current rate is also not available for CZK, DKK, NOK, SEK.
