What is the exchange with your own rate and how do I order it?

This is an option for people who have created an account with Walutomat and want to determine for themselves at what rate they will exchange currency. If the rate you offer is attractive to other Walutomat users, the exchange will take place quickly. If you offer a rate which is far from reality (too high or too low), the transaction will only be carried out when another user of the website wants to carry out a transaction at the rate you offer.

Do you want to exchange money at your own rate?

While ordering a transaction, both using the “Exchange currency” and “Exchange in My Wallet” choose “ Own rate ” and enter the exchange rate which you are interested in (the selected exchange rate may not exceed the market exchange rate by more 20%). Tables with exchange rates  offered by other Walutomat Users will help you determine the most advantageous exchange rate. Finally, place an order for exchange. The execution time depends on the exchange rate you have entered. As soon as there is a user who accepts your rate, the exchange will be carried out and the funds will be credited to your  Wallet in Walutomat or sent to your bank account, depending on the option you have chosen.
